OCTC is a men's "induction center", a 3-month program designed to prepare students for the long-term center in Riverside.  Community Outreach
Every center looks to the community they are in to determine what needs exist, and then we look for ways to meet those needs. "I grew up in gangs, it's all I ever knew, now Teen Challenge has shown me a new way, to a new life."
