Community Outreach

Overview

The centers place great emphasis on community service and serve our community accordingly. Through our service to the community, the students learn the value of a day’s work, and develop necessary life skills. We also operate a learning center open to the public.

Currently 40 children are enrolled in the after-school program. On a weekly basis we visit our local jail and hold onsite interviews sharing hope with those who might not have it otherwise. We hold “Living Free” meetings every Thursday night. These meetings are a chance for those who are not quite ready to commit to the year-long residential program to receive guidance in overcoming life-controlling problems. There is also a group for those who are the loved one of a person dependant on drugs or alcohol.
