Who will be involved at your center in the various tasks associated with your product sales?
Note: the same person can be listed for any or all of the categories.

    Inventory Management- Update inventory system with products

    This person will be responsible for keeping the system up to date with inventory levels. We will be in contact with them when inventory is low.

    Product Information- product photos, product creation, product ordering, and details

    We will be in contact with this person for product details, photos, description, etc.

    Shipping- Receive orders and ship products

    This person will be notified when an order is received and be sent shipping labels.

    Customer service- Answer customer question and concerns, customer order pick up, returns

    They will be a point person for customer returns, questions, and any feedback from customers
